Ukraine's military: After regrouping troops, Russia may attempt to capture Kyiv again.

Oleksandr Hruzevych, deputy chief of staff of Ukraine’s Ground Forces, said that about a third of Russian troops who had been earlier deployed to Belarus were staying. Another third is now being relocated to Ukraine's east, while the remaining troops were destroyed by the Ukrainian forces, he said. Kyiv Oblast shares a border with Belarus.

Ukraine's imports of electricity dropped by 25% in March compared to the previous month, as the country emerges from a devastating winter brought on by Russian attacks on the energy grid.

At around 9 a.m., a Russian FPV drone, guided by a Russian operator, deliberately struck a passenger bus in central Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killing three people and injuring 16 others. Three of the wounded are in critical condition. Earlier, an 11-year-old boy was killed and five people were injured in another attack in the region, , Governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported.
