The Pavlohrad City Council reported the attack around 5 p.m. Later on, the State Emergency Service said that there was a large-scale fire at an industrial enterprise in the city, which took firefighters two hours to put out. It is not clear whether the fire was caused by shelling. No casualties have been reported.
