Russian military shave heads of captured Ukrainian female soldiers.

According to the head of Ukraine’s parliament human rights committee Dmytro Lubinets, 15 Ukrainian female soldiers, released from Russian captivity on April 1, had their hair shaved off by Russian occupiers as a sign of “humiliation, arrogance, and contempt.”
