Rescuers deactivate more than 640 explosive devices in one day in liberated town of Irpin near Kyiv.

On March 28, the Ukrainian military retook Irpin from the Russian forces. According to Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, at least 300 civilians and 50 military personnel have been killed in the city since the beginning of the invasion. He said that the city won't be liveable for at least a month.
