Prosecutor general: Russian attack on Kremenchuk could be investigated in the Hague.

Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova said that the attack could be considered by the International Criminal Court in the Hague. Russia’s June 27 attack on a shopping mall in Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast, killed at least 20 people and injured at least 59.
