RFE/RL's Kavkaz Realii media project reported citing anonymous officials in the National Guard in Krasnodar Krai that Russian soldiers who had participated in the invasion of Ukraine in February-April refused to come back to war. According to the report, one of the reasons for the refusal was the low pay.
