Intelligence: Russia starts arresting the military in Moscow

The result puts the party in a position to potentially govern on its own, without the need to form a coalition with pro-European or smaller parties.

Ukrainian drones reportedly struck the Tuapse Oil Refinery in southern Russia's Krasnodar Krai during an overnight attack on April 20, as Kyiv continues efforts to disrupt Moscow's war funding.
