General Staff: Russia has lost 54,250 troops in Ukraine since Feb. 24

Ukraine reported a pullback in eastern Sumy Oblast, accused Russia of nearly 11,000 Easter ceasefire violations, and got a sharper signal from Hungary's new leadership on support for Kyiv.
