Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Oleh Nikolenko told Novoe Vremya news agency that Ukraine will only support decisions that ensure the safety of Ukraine’s southern regions, strong military positions in the Black Sea, and the safe export of Ukrainian products to global markets.
