Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that the Cabinet of Ministers would send a bill to the Verkhovna Rada to ratify an agreement between Ukraine and Turkey. The agreement will allow the construction of a factory in Ukraine to produce Turkish Bayraktar drones.
