Zelensky appoints Joint Forces Commander Oleksandr Pavliuk at the head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration. Oleksiy Kuleba will assist the military leadership, while Eduard Moskalyov will replace Pavliuk at the head of Ukraine's military.

"The Trump administration cannot simultaneously claim to be prioritizing U.S. military operations while offering sanctions relief to (Russian President Vladimir) Putin," the letter reads.
The EU-sanctioned tanker Sea Owl I was boarded near Trelleborg, the Swedish Coast Guard said.
