Russia launches 4 missiles on Odesa Oblast

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, a deputy head of the President's Office, said that missiles were launched by planes above the Russian-occupied Crimean Peninsula on July 11. One missile hit a building, Tymoshenko reported. He did not provide details.
