Authorities detain Kyiv resident accused of helping men illegally leave Ukraine.

The 41-year-old was allegedly asking between $3,000-$5,000 to help Ukrainian men leave the country, which is prohibited under martial law for men aged 18 to 60. Investigators found Hr 55,000 and $6,100, as well as mobile phones, and fake military certificates in the man's car.
