According to Turkish news agency Anadolu, the decision was made after a conversation between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ukraine’s top online media Ukrainska Pravda reports, citing its sources, that the Ukrainian delegation will come through Poland.
