Russian oligarchs are welcome in Turkey, Turkish foreign minister says.

According to Al Arabiya news channel, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on March 26 that Russian oligarchs are welcome to visit and do business in Turkey, provided they do not breach international law.
