Prosecutor General’s Office: Over 23,000 alleged Russian war crimes under investigation

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies are investigating 23,316 alleged Russian war crimes as of July 20. Additional Russian crimes under investigation include 73 related to the launching of the war, 21 related to war propaganda, and 798 others.
