New York Times: The CIA director says there is no evidence to suggest Putin is preparing to use nuclear weapons, but lack of results in Ukraine may tempt him.

Ukraine struck several targets, including a petrochemical plant and a warehouse in Siberia around 2,500 kilometers away from the border on Oct. 24, monitoring channels reported.

The initiative will focus on resilient communications, navigation, and onboard autonomy, as Sine Engineering specializes in producing satellite-independent navigation software, enabling drones to fly without relying on GPS.

In a public letter, Democratic Senators and Representatives listed five questions concerning Starlink restrictions impacting Ukrainian forces, addressed to Musk. The demand comes as Ukrainian forces continue to experience severe problems operating Starlink military systems.
