NATO chief: Putin underestimated Ukraine's military.

Jens Stoltenberg said Russia underestimated the strength of Ukraine's troops who were able to fight back and slow down the Russian offensive, according to European Pravda. "This is, first of all, the result of the courage of the Ukrainian army, but also the support and courage of the Ukrainian people and their leadership, President Zelensky," he said.
