Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych reported early on Sept. 14 that heavy Russian shelling of the city of Mykolaiv overnight damaged residential buildings. Emergency crews and utility workers are currently working on the ground while details of the attacks are still being clarified, Sienkevych said.
