Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported that Russian forces had fired missiles on cities and villages in the region, including Kharkiv, Izium, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv and Lozovsky areas. He added that a Russian missile strike hit the eastern Nemyshlianskyi District in Kharkiv at around 4 a.m. on July 2. No casualties were reported.
"We certainly are capable," Zelensky said about striking Russian data centers. "We always respond in kind. Regarding data centers, as you all know, they have been and still are striking our data centers."
"Meetings are expected to take place over two days... we are counting on a European team to join our negotiating group," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
