Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said that the Russian army was targeting the communities in Shortska district close to the border. A fire broke out in the Seredyna-Buda community after it was shot at with artillery and mortars. The damages caused by the fire are unknown. No casualties have been reported.

EU Council announces 14th round of sanctions against Russia.
