Governor: Russia shells almost every settlement in Donetsk Oblast.

Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said on May 11 that “there are practically no settlements” that Russian forces have not fired on, including the cities of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Bakhmut, and Pokrovsk. Kyrylenko emphasized that Russian forces are targeting both Ukrainian military and civilian infrastructure.
