German energy minister: G7 won’t pay for Russian gas in rubles.

Robert Habeck said on March 28 that the Group of Seven (G7) countries agreed to reject Russia’s demand to pay for switch its payments for Russian gas from dollars to rubles, the Washington Post reports.

“All G-7 ministers agreed completely that this (would be) a one-sided and clear breach of the existing contracts,” Habeck said.
