EU delegation returns to Kyiv.

EU foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell said on April 8 the decision will help the EU to "work even more directly and more closely with the Ukrainian authorities." The delegation temporarily relocated to Rzeszow, Poland following the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
