Ukraine says Russia deliberately redirected Ukrainian drones toward Finland and the Baltic states in an attempt to provoke tensions and strain Kyiv’s ties with European allies.
The mobile app would be integrated with the current emergency software and be modeled on the system Ukraine uses during Russian drone attacks.
