Australia imposed sanctions on 14 Russian state-owned enterprises in order to undercut Russia's ability to "continue funding Putin's war," Minister for Foreign Affairs Marise Payne said on April 13. The list of sanctioned entities include Russian truck-maker Kamaz and shipping firms SEVMASH and United Shipbuilding Corp, as well as Ruselectronics.

Russia launched a missile and drone attack targeting various Ukrainian regions overnight on Aug. 30, killing at least one person and injuring 28 others, officials reported.
The comments come after the U.S. greenlit a European-funded $850 million sale of 3,350 ERAM missiles, which can strike targets at a range of 240-450 kilometers (150-280 miles).
