Vice-rector of Kherson State University released from Russian captivity

The university's rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyi said on June 23 that vice-rector Maksym Vinnyk had been released from Russian captivity. He was kidnapped in Russian-occupied Kherson on June 14. Spivakovskyi didn't provide any details.
