Russian troops allegedly steal over $100,000 from Ukraine's national postal service.

The money was intended for the payment of salaries and pensions. Ukraine is negotiating with Russia for the funds to be returned, according to Igor Smilyansky who leads Ukraine's national postal operator Ukrposhta. The funds were stolen from a branch in the southern city of Melitopol.
