Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer told Russian dictator Vladimir Putin that sanctions would increase as long as Ukrainians are being killed. He added that in Ukraine, he “saw the immeasurable suffering caused by the Russian war.” Nerhammer is the first EU official to visit Russia after Feb. 24.
