Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said the northern part of Donetsk Oblast, including some of its biggest cities including Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka, Bakhmut, and Druzhkivka, has been left without power after Russian shelling damaged power lines in the region.
