Russia attacked Poltava Oblast on June 17, hitting a civilian infrastructure site, Governor Filip Pronin reported.
Oleksandr Mamai, the former mayor of Poltava, received a five-year suspended sentence in 2023 after being convicted of abuse of office and forgery.
