SBU: Ukraine bans Kremlin-linked Opposition Platform – For Life party.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, a Ukrainian court rejected the appeal of the pro-Russian Opposition Platform – For Life political party on Sept. 15 and “thus finally banned its activities” in Ukraine. The party was led by Viktor Medvedchuk, a close ally of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who was charged with high treason.
