Russian shelling injures 12 civilians in Kharkiv Oblast, including 2 children

Governor of Kharkiv Oblast Oleh Syniehubov said that on Sept. 15 Russian forces targeted recently liberated areas in the oblast, including around Izium and Kupiansk, damaging residential buildings and injuring 12 civilians, including two children aged 12 and 13.
