Mayor Ivan Fedorov said earlier that Ukrainian forces had previously used HIMARS missiles to hit Russian military positions at industrial sites throughout the city.
The Minudobrenia plant was reportedly struck. The facility produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and nitric acid, which are key components of explosives and ammunition.
