Investigators find documents implying Russia planned to occupy whole of Ukraine.

The State Investigation Bureau reported on May 11 that they found Russian military documents in Trostianets, Sumy Oblast, that imply that Moscow initially planned to occupy the whole of Ukraine. The bureau also identified at least 34 cases of abduction and torture of civilians by Russian troops in Trostianets.
