Explosion reported in Sevastopol

An explosion was heard in Russian-occupied Sevastopol at 6:33 a.m. on Aug. 21. RFE/RL reported that there were no signs of anti-aircraft warfare, but Russian news outlet Meduza reported that according to preliminary information, the explosions were from air defense.
