Death toll rises to 20 in Russia’s overnight missile attack on Odesa Oblast.

Three Russian missiles hit a residential building and two resorts in the village of Serhiivka, Odesa Oblast, on the night of July 1, local authorities reported, citing the Ukrainian military. The State Emergency Service said that 38 people had been injured.
