4,000 people stuck in hot spots outside Kyiv.

According to Vadym Denysenko, advisor to the interior minister of Ukraine, 2,000 people have been evacuated from Irpin, Bucha and Hostomel settlements outside of Kyiv, which all have seen heavy fighting since the start of Russia's all-out war. "But, unfortunately, more than 4,000 people remain in the occupied territories near Kyiv," Denysenko said.
