Today's top story: Russia attacked a passenger bus in Kherson Oblast, killing the driver and injuring 5 civilians, Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported on Jan. 30. According to the office, at around 12 p.m. Kyiv time, Russian troops carried out an artillery strike on the city of Kherson, which struck the bus.
