The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces reported on Feb. 2 that Russia had lost 129,030 troops in Ukraine since the beginning of its full-scale invasion on Feb. 24.
According to the report, Russia has also lost 3,211 tanks, 6,382 armored fighting vehicles, 5,064 vehicles and fuel tanks, 2,212 artillery systems, 458 multiple launch rocket systems, 222 air defense systems, 293 airplanes, 284 helicopters, 1,951 drones, and 18 boats.
We need "a substantive discussion about adaptation periods, the volumes of market access, and safeguard mechanisms," said Agriculture Minister Taras Vysotskyi.
"Russia comes to the Ukrainian land with death," Donetsk Governor Vadym Filashkin said.
Russia being able to trade grain while it blockades Ukraine from doing likewise "is an unacceptable situation," said Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevicius.

The number includes 1,880 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.
The Sasovo data center is located on the grounds of the Sasta machine-tool plant, a manufacturer of metal-cutting and high-precision CNC metalworking machines used across Russian industry, including the defense-industrial, aerospace, oil and gas, and heavy machinery sectors.
The senators called for tougher action against Russia's oil revenues and sanctions-evasion networks, urging the administration to match European and U.K. designations of shadow-fleet vessels.
In addition to the new structures, some Moldovan border guards currently stationed on the Ukrainian side of the border will be transferred to the Moldovan side.
