Russian occupying forces have forcibly moved residents out of the Honcharivka and Kuzmenivka settlements in the Svativskyi District of Luhansk Oblast, located across the Oskil River from recently-liberated Izium, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
