Belgium, Estonia, Bulgaria implement EU ban on Russian ships.

As of April 17, Russian-flagged ships, including those that changed their flags to another nationality after February 24, will be prohibited from the countries' ports, with the exception of ships in distress. The measures follow an EU ban on Russian ships from April 8.
