Ukraine’s Operational Command “South” said several civilians, including two young children, were found dead in their cars on a mined road in Mykolaiv Oblast. Some were reportedly killed by detonated mines and the survivors shot.
The proposal, initiated by the Russian National Automobile Union, comes amid a deepening supply crisis exacerbated by Ukraine's escalating drone strikes on Russian oil infrastructure.

The Tomahawk's range would open up great swathes of Russia to Ukrainian long-range missile strikes, most notably Moscow and St. Petersburg.
