Ukrainian authorities arrest Russian artillery spotters in Severodonetsk. The SBU has detained Russian artillery spotters who were caught on the streets of Severodonetsk. The traitors gave information to the enemy about the deployment of military equipment and troop movements. The Russian military then shelled these areas.
