Leonid Slutsky, a member of the Russian delegation in talks with Ukraine, said that Russia would consider exchanging the Ukrainian soldiers who were taken by Russia as prisoners of war in Mariupol for pro-Kremlin member of parliament Viktor Medvedchuk.
