OCCRP: Andrey Kostin, sanctioned chairman of VTB Bank, owns real estate via Canadian proxy

OCCRP investigation has found that Eric Whyte, the son of a Canadian communist, has companies offshore that own elite real estate with links to Andrey Kostin, a key Kremlin ally. According to OCCRP, the firms own “assets worth an estimated $130 million.”
