Mariupol Mayor: Russia officially captures city. Russian forces, who blocked the evacuation of civilians from the city, have taken Mariupol, according to the city's mayor Vadym Boychenko. 400,000 citizens have now fallen under Russian control. The city has been left without water and electricity.
