According to Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Russian troops are attempting to take control of the Luhansk Oblast towns of Rubizhne and Popasna and gain full control over the region. Russian troops are also pushing from Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast, south towards Donetsk Oblast. In the southern Kherson Oblast, Russia is also attempting to capture the entire region.
