EU ministers pledge to help Ukraine prepare for winter, restore energy infrastructure.

Nearly 70% of Ukrainians support joining the EU, and over 60% of Ukrainians support joining NATO amid growing frustration with the government, according to a new survey by the Socis Center for Social Research released on Aug. 6.
