Borrell: Russia guilty of 'massive war crime' in Mariupol.

EU's top diplomat Josep Borrell told reporters that Russia is violating "the laws of war" ahead of a foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels to discuss additional sanctions on Moscow.

"What's happening in Mariupol is a massive war crime, destroying everything, bombarding and killing everybody in an indiscriminate manner," he said.
